Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, how we use it, who else sees it and how we protect it. By using this site you agree to the collection and use of information as this policy describes.
Who we are
This website, hajjogroup.com, belongs to Hajjo Group and covers its four companies: Nile Wool, Hajjo Apparel and Manufacturing, Bolmandi and Hajjo 1991. It also covers the contact pages reached from the codes printed on our cards, bags and book. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means Hajjo Group and those four companies.
1. Information we collect
Information you send us. When you contact us, send an inquiry or ask about a franchise, we may receive:
- your full name and the name of your company
- your email address and telephone number
- your country and city
- the message you write to us
The inquiry and franchise forms on this site do not send anything themselves. They open your own email app with the message ready, and we receive only what you choose to send.
Job applications. The careers form sends your name, telephone number, email address and the CV you attach to our inbox. We use them only to consider you for work in the Group.
Calls and messages. If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we see your number and what you say or write.
Device information. Like every website, the servers that deliver these pages automatically receive:
- your IP address
- your device type
- your browser and its settings
Payment information. This site sells nothing and takes no payments. It holds no account for you and asks for no password.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- answer your inquiry and pass it to the right company in the Group
- prepare a quotation, a sample or an order you asked about
- consider a franchise request
- consider a job application
- keep in touch about work you have started with us
- keep this site working and secure, and prevent misuse
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build profiles of the people who visit this site.
3. Third parties
This site relies on a small number of outside services:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers the careers form and your CV to our inbox
- Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces and receives your IP address when a page loads
- The company that hosts this website, whose servers deliver the pages and may keep technical logs
- Email and messaging providers, yours and ours, including WhatsApp, which carry the messages you send us
Each of these services handles information under its own privacy policy.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it to:
- answer your inquiry or complete the work you asked for
- consider a franchise request or a job application
- meet our legal obligations
- resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
When we no longer need it, we delete it securely or remove your name from it.
7. Access, correction and deletion

We may keep some information where the law requires it or where we need it for a legitimate business purpose, such as a completed order.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against:

Only the people who need your information to do their work can see it. No way of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, but if a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you.
